For the second time, Atelier Esse was in charge of organizing the Indonesian pharmaceutical company Erela’s Gala Dinner, and this time in the fashion capital, Paris.

The cooperation of Astrindo Travel Agency, our long-standing Indonesian events agency with whom we have been cooperating for more than 7 years, was invaluable.

For this event, we searched and found a real “pearl”: a recently opened location, unknown to most.

Ephemera, the “Under the Sea” restaurant, totally privatized, welcomed our guests in a unique and unforgettable atmosphere: a setting with attention to every single detail and surrounded by large screens, through which it was possible to immerse yourself 360° in the fascinating underwater world.

To celebrate the start of Paris Fashion Week, we chose to make the Guests the stars of the evening, installing a Red Carpet in the middle of the hall so that they could parade in their best outfits. Among the prizes to be won were 20 large motorbikes.

The technical and directional work was impeccable: an impressive green screen, set up in the hall adjacent to the restaurant, made it possible to broadcast videos, presentations and moments of entertainment on some of the many restaurant’s screens used, with a great deal of technical modification, only for this purpose

A singer and a saxophone, a famous Parisian duo, entertained and delighted the Guests, who were enchanted by the images of the underwater world, rich in colors and special effects.

Another successful evening, therefore, by Atelier Esse.
