Last April, Virtual Inc, the American Strategy Consultant Company, has commissioned Atelier Esse to organize the opening Welcome Cocktail of the Europe Community Meeting of PCI, an American company that deals with payments security worldwide.

The 3 days of the Europe Community Meeting, was attended by 600 Manager from United States and Europe.

Atelier Esse’s assignment had a very specific mission: the Welcome was to be held in a typical Milanese location, with an informal but unique and very impactful slant.

After appropriate research, as the meeting place was chosen the Spirit de Milan, an unusual and historic Milanese industrial building, and as a set up a layout reminiscent of a typical Italian Market. Indispensable has proved to be the professionalism of our long-standing supplier, Caffè Scala banqueting which for this event has set up 15 elegant Market food Booth with different and typical types of food to allow the Guests to enjoy the Italian taste.

To cheer the guests the Clan Zingaro Gipsy Swing band with its soft and warm music and two exceptional profilers, one from Italy and one from London, distinguished by their mastery, sweetness and elegance.

To leave a small reminder of the Milanese evening, the recipe of Risotto alla Milanese signed by Caffè Scala Chef and printed by Pettinaroli, an historic and elegant Milanese typography. 

Atelier Esse has been also a support in the organization of the Conference at MiCo Congress Center: personalized items, organization and coordination of the 12 transfers that accompanied the guests from MiCo to Spirit de Milan, cars and minivans for VIPs, specialized security staff. Especially we arranged the Games Area, inside the exhibition area, a space dedicated not only to the game (minigolf, ping pong, foosball), but also to networking between participants and exhibitors.
