Discovering Tuscany taste in Milan, a Team Building event for 55 people from Thermo Fisher to improve the company’s personal and professional relationships, but at the same time spent some times together, having fun and learn more about Italian and especially Tuscany culture.
After a half day of meetings, Atelier Esse’s staff has reached the Guests at the Hilton Milan Hotel to lead the group to the venue dedicate for the Team Building activities.
The Guests didn’t know what awaited them, the entire experience was a complete surprise.
Upon arrival at the Cooking School, the group was welcome by the Tuscan Chef that with an exciting speech introduced all the activities: a cooking class for a complete Italian dinner, a blind wine tasting and an olive oil tasting.
The Guests have been divided in two groups: the first one has started with the Cooking Class, preparing the famous Italian Tiramisu and some Bruschette for the later aperitif; the second one had to prove itself in a Blind Wine tasting competition with 4 different Tuscan wines and 2 different type of olive oil, all from one of the best estates, located in the heart of Chianti’s region. To the winner a Magnum bottle of one of the fine Tuscan wines from the same winery.
Almost an hour later the groups exchanged, so the second one was able to continue with the realization of the dinner, kneading and preparing fresh pasta and meatballs, always under the supervision of the incredible cooking staff.
At the end of the activities all the Guests enjoyed the dinner prepared by themselves, raising a glass to celebrate the success of the Team Building activities.
The collaboration of the entire staff has contributed to the success of the event and to the satisfaction of the Client, who lavished compliments on the perfect organisation of Atelier Esse.
