DANIELA SERRATI – CEO

I decided to embark on a long journey into the events industry in 1996, the year in which I founded Studio Esse, now Atelier Esse, an agency that immediately established itself in the Milan area and has since expanded beyond national borders. I graduated in “Modern Foreign Languages and Literature” and Graphology. I adore literature and writing, although I keep up with the times thanks to my staff, who have excellent technological expertise.

GIUSEPPE ZERBINI – Head of Strategic Organization

I joined Atelier Esse in 1999. I have worked as a manager for many multinationals and have lived in various countries. I oversee the technical and administrative side of Atelier Esse: numbers and planning are my bread and butter.

FRANCESCA CARBONE – Account

I started out in the events sector in January 2015 and experienced the transition from Studio Esse to Atelier Esse. I was passionate about the work from the outset, organizing many events over the years with growing enthusiasm. I immediately connect with customers and I have turned my sense of humour and problem-solving into my main strengths. I love reading and writing, but my main hobby is music, which I listen to, immerse myself in and describe in my free time.

VALENTINA ROSSAINI – Assistant Manager

I joined the staff in spring 2019 and immediately took a positive and meticulous approach to the numerous events in Atelier Esse’s calendar. I love details, photography, the digital world and fashion and I try to incorporate these passions into every project.
