JBC Travel Agency in Hong Kong entrusted Atelier Esse with the organization of the Axa Assicurazioni – Hong Kong 26th Top Producers Club Convention in the presence of over 500 attendants including top managers and major customers of the famous insurance company, which has offices all over the world.

The long day of the convention began with a shopping experience organized at the exclusive Ferragamo and Bulgari boutiques in the heart of Milan’s fashion district.

Greeted by a gorgeous welcome cocktail party, a precious gift and a dedicated reception, the guests were able to experience creations and accessories by the famous fashion house and to admire the very first preview of Salvatore Ferragamo’s new Hit Bag.

In the late afternoon the guests gathered at MiCo for a sophisticated Gala Dinner.

Atelier Esse was tasked with organizing the local police escort to facilitate the movement of the 14 coaches used to transfer guests from individual hotels and to oversee the set-up of the area dedicated to the welcome cocktail, furnishing it with several Trees of Light with an exclusive, innovative design (previously used in the film The Great Beauty by director Paolo Sorrentino). An original Photoboot and two gleaming vintage cars, a Fiat Dino Spider and a Ferrari California decorated with special branded stickers, alongside two vintage Vespas, all contributed to the impressive set-up.

Welcomed by 500 red roses, the guests were accompanied to the dining room by 4 beautiful models supplied by Atelier Esse and dressed by Salvatore Ferragamo. During the evening, the models accompanied the winners of the awards on stage, parading on the specially prepared catwalk.

Bright tables, original and fashionable centrepieces and famous artists, such as the Italian Tenors and The Fire Dance Crew, winners of Holland’s Got Talent and the World of Dance 2019, entertained guests until late in the evening.

The event’s success, which was certainly helped by the synergy established with all the MiCo operators and with the Compass company in charge of catering, rewarded all the considerable organizational work by adding another string to the bow of Atelier Esse’s history.
