On 7 March, the eighth edition of Best Brands Award took place, the only research that integrates the economic success of Brands with their emotional and experiential experience, carried out by GfK with the support of 6,000 interviews and 16,000 evaluations.
The 2023 edition, completely back in attendance after the last two phygital editions, was attended by over 400 managers and entrepreneurs from Brand companies.
Why Best Friends? Because brands are increasingly called upon to establish a long-term relationship with their customers, sharing value and cultivating trust, authority and credibility. This was the message that the organisers wanted to convey during this edition that was distinguished by the very high attendance and enthusiastic response from all participants.
As always, Filippa Lagerback presented the winners of the different categories.
The following were awarded: Coca-Cola as Best Product Brand, Diesel as Best Growth Brand, Samsung as Best Sustainability Brand, Amazon as Best Phygital Brand, and Nutella as the new Best of the Best, which rewarded the Brand that performed best according to consumers in all four value territories.
This year the Innovation for Good Award went to the Fedez Foundation for having contributed with the innovative force of social to build charity and social generosity projects.
Special Guest, Malika Ayane, who entertained participants with some excellent musical performances.
Sponsor of the evening was Grana Padano, to which a special corner was dedicated, set up with extreme care and attention, and which became the leitmotif of the entire dinner, whose menu was specially created to make guests taste the intense flavour of this extraordinary Italian product.
As in previous editions, this year Atelier Esse was entrusted with taking care of every single detail of the part of the event held at the Officine del Volo: the reception of guests, the floral decoration on the theme of Arcimboldo‘s famous paintings, the Welcome Cocktail that preceded the ceremony at the Rai Studios and the subsequent Standing Dinner, carefully and impeccably served by the Caffè Scala catering company.
