Expo in città was created in order to give to all professionals who want to organize events, the opportunity to be hosted in a schedule before, during and after the Universal Exhibition, allowing tourists, citizens and city users to identify, in an immediate manner, cultural, trade and touristic events that will happen during Expo 2015.
Studio Esse, therefore, took the opportunity and presented the event Ultrasounds technology: an innovative application for a sustainable and healthy nutrition, which has been approved and published in the online calendar of the events ofExpo in città.
The event, presented by Studio Esse for RI-LAVO srl, creator of the project, will demonstrate through skilled engineers and researchers the advantages of the use of ultrasounds on butchered meats, chocolate, fruit and vegetables, wine and the energy savings resulting in the phases of preservation and distribution of the products. Educational illustrations and diagrams will support the information to raise public awareness about ultrasounds benefits and the improvements on food security and costs reduction.
